Kings Road Suites

Lovely room with a slight sea view. The location was perfect - on the sea front and a close walk to the city centre. The entire place was pristine! It's the cleanest place I've ever stayed at. The shower was very spacious with a great overhead rainfall shower head. There was complimentary bottled water and a variety of biscuits, which was a really nice touch. The check-in process was really simple, with a code to enter the building and another code to enter the room.

I can't think of anything off the top of my head that I didn't like.

Nicely decorated, stylish and cosy. Great location in the Lanes region.

I think the room could have been warmer. I remember feeling cold at times but I think we just needed to have the heating on for longer.

Beautiful clean room and shared communal areas.

It's almost perfect. Minor areas for improvement.... the shower could have been hotter, it was pleasantly warm but not hot, the toilet seat did not really fit the loo, perfectly functional but let the look down a little, also could have done with a couple of extra tea bags. All these are minor issues.

Very cosy, clean, comfortable, good location. Everything was fine.

Location was selected as within 5 minutes quick walk of the Brighton Centre.

Steep stairs may benefit from handrails on both sides of stairs. one coffee cup had outside stain just under the hand grip. Outside key needs replacing as partially worn.

The room was comfortable, bright and lovely. The bathroom was a good size and had everything we needed. The location was quite central.

It was SO noisy, I didn’t sleep at all. Single glazing and old windows in a central part of town. People were out making noise until 4am and we could hear it all. Consider better windows or providing ear plugs?!
