Kings Road Suites

Right in the midst for what we required, seafront steps away, lanes and bars the other way. Felt very new, clean, well thought out, big comfy bed, tea and coffee etc in room.

Luckily were into our fitness and being on the top floor pushed us after a few beers! So would only recommend for mobile peeps. I reckon we got our steps in just there! We like a dark room to wake up in and due to the eaves the light came in the sides but it was minor.

Despite multiple efforts we were unable to contact the owner/manager. I tried several telephone calls and emails. None solicited any response.

We absolutely loved the location first of all- on the beach, and not even a few minutes to the lanes and shopping center. So clean and spacious. Clear instructions to get in very smooth. Lobby area was also very lovely. Shower and facilities perfect. Cleaners left clean towels and supplies outside door on second day which was thoughtful. And code systems to get into rooms was very secure.

Nothing to complain about. Just noise from people having fun out in evening but no complainants not bothered.

Location and room cleanliness

Toilet kept flushing. We struggled to get access first and the number listed is no longer in use. No facilities other than a room.

Clean, great location and comfortable. Nice style fixtures and fittings.

We stayed a Friday and there was street noise but ear plugs are provided.

Everything was amazing!! I honestly would stay here again, and probably will!! The room was lovely. It was clean. Overall, felt like a very welcoming!!
