Too long to enlist , but worst neigborhood in town, in the room the absolute bare minimum and everything old and NOT nice , again too long to enlist but for the price there are definitely much much much better Hotels,closer to the center, cleaner , cooler ,anyway very very disappointed.

Very cute decor. Was great to have the kitchenette in the room. Able to make simple meals.

We got the cheapest room available and the mattress was really bad. You could feel the springs. There was a sponge mattress on top of the mattress, I’m assuming it was there to try and mask the springs but it did not really help. Would definitely be worth investing in a new mattress for this room because it is very uncomfortable.

An amazing stay in the heart of Mérida! The room was perfect, modern, clean and the kitchenette well equipped. Good wifi, strong a/c, the shower had hot water and really good pressure. The pool was the perfect touch to relax after a hot day discovering the area. And the bed!!! OMG, so comfortable, that's something I don't experience often while traveling. Staff is responsive and very helpful. The Hotel is about 10 minutes by foot from the Centro. For the ones worrying about the safety of the surrounding, at no moment we felt unsafe even at night in the neighborhood. Uber is really cheap so you can count on this if you don't want to walk. There are two nice coffee shops and a kombucheria close to the hotel as well.

In general good, but unfortunately the room was full of mosquitos and also the walls were full of blood and dead mosquitos from former guests. Therefore we couldn’t enjoy the stay. The staff gave us bugspray but that should be done before guests are arriving, I don’t want to sleep in a room with chemicals.

Very quiet, clean and comfortable. So handy to have potable water supply. Staff very helpful.

Hard to find at first and checkin was complicated by the fact that I did not have access to app to submit identification in a timely manner. Some ants. Might be handy to have access to information on how to operate tv, hot plate, etc.

Good communication with the host, cute hotel when the sun shines, Netflix in the rooms, well equipped apartment.

Not the best shower, not many seats at the pool, no bars ans restaurants closeby & very white lightning in the rooms 😅

Property was quiet and 10 minute walk from the main Square although the neighborhood wasn’t the best. Not a lot around there but easy enough to get to the center. Nice room on the second floor. Didn’t use the pool so I can’t comment on that.

Never met any of the staff, so I couldn’t comment on that question
