The best stay that I’ve had in Mexico! Great location…a truly oasis in the middle of Centro. Design of the place and room was stunning. Plus I slept like a baby! Javier, please send me the link of the memory foam you guys use for the mattresses! :)

Nothing, it’s paradise!

Fantastic! The bed was absolutely spectacular, like sleeping on a cloud. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything. The design of the room was amazing, stylish and cozy at the same time. And the automated check-in process was super smooth and clear, making everything easy. Love it! Highly recommend!

The courtyard was very nice. The apartment was clean, had plenty of room, and was very quiet.

Although the hotel is not far from the center of town it is a bit of a hike. The area where the hotel is located is a little scruffy (although not at all unsafe) and there are not many restaurants close by. There are quite a few places where locals go to shop a couple blocks down on the streets near the school. I don’t think they are all open all day but it gets very busy in the late afternoon. The bed was slightly too soft for me. A few more comfortable lawn chairs would be nice. They had a few things like salt and pepper and oil which was nice but the containers needed a good cleaning. Apparently if you don’t retrieve your stored luggage by 2:30 there will be no one to unlock the closet for you so you need to keep that in mind.

This property is a gem. The peaceful atmosphere after the hustle and bustle of the city and traveling is absolutely perfect!

Wish we could have stayed longer!

A great, beautiful place in a perfect spot - close to the city center, yet, quiet. A nice coffeeshop/restaurant (Organico) just around the corner. The market is also not far. The room was big, clean and there was a kitchen - thanks for the refrigerator-beers 🍻 & coffee :) The garden and the pool were very nice, so we liked to enjoy our coffee ☕️ there in the morning. We recommend this place!!

Comfortable room and cute hotel.

We arrived in the evening when it was dark. The street was empty and full of trash (not the hotel's fault but Merida isn't the cleanest city.) The location is only a 15-minute walk from to the centre but it doesn't feel safe. I would recommend taking a taxi to the centre.

I’ve traveled a lot through Mexico, and at this hotel was the best shower I’ve experienced. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water, which has been rare in my traveling! I received a video with clear instructions on how to enter the property which I appreciated. The staff was always quick to respond when I messaged them, and very helpful and kind. The cleaning lady was charming, was always working hard to keep the place clean, and very helpful. She greeted me every morning while cleaning around the pool and was very cheerful and nice. Always a smile on her face :) The bed was very very comfortable and I slept great with no interruptions. The air conditioner worked excellent and there was a ceiling fan in addition. Although I did not use the kitchen, it had everything you could need to prepare meals including a stovetop hot plate, microwave, and utensils. As well as a nice refrigerator which was not noisy. The place was very secure (you needed a code to enter the front door) and I noticed a lot of video cameras which was comforting. It’s in a good location, close to the ADO station, the zocalo, excellent places to eat, and was on a very quiet street. The place was very quiet in general. I felt it to be a very tranquil place and a good value for your money, I would recommend this hotel.

My only complaint was the bed was so comfortable that I fell asleep watching tv before setting my alarm and woke up in a panic thinking I overslept and missed my bus. Which was my own fault and not really a true complaint :)

It was quiet and had relaxing terrace.

A toaster would have been good. A cutting knife. No lights on the balcony. While trying to relax by the pool the cleaners giggling and the pool man jumped in the pool with his clothes on!

The location is very good, near the bus Station ADO and in walking distance to the Main Plaza. The hotelito is very nice and tastefully decorated. The rooms are comfortable, and there is a nice garden to sit outside. Our room was spacious and had a terrace with view to the pool. There is also a kitchenette and a fridge with welcoming drinks. We enjoyed our stay here and recommend it.
