Room was very good, the owner was easily reachable and anticipated most issues

I do not really like hotel without personnel and concierge

Appartement with plenty of natural light. Nice kitchen area, free water and there is some coffee you can use. Location is close to the centre and the ADO bus station.

No staff, and if you want to check in early you have to pay $10. This is the first hotel i've stayed in that doesnt simply offer the room when it's ready.

The location was ok but still a bit too far south from the historic centre and super.markets. We liked the kitchen which was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Nice shower, too and I enjoyed the bathrobes and nice toiletries.. We had room no 1 which was on the first floor, nicer than being downstairs. Free water was a bonus and we enjoyed the cold beers that greeted us on arrival. ,

Considering other places we stayed at during our 5 weeks in Guatemala and Mexico, this room was rather expensive for what it was. No balcony. The pool wasn't very clean and hence not too appealing.

Definitely stay here! This hotelito has gone above and beyond in their attention to detail. The room had a fully-equipped kitchenette. At one point, there was a small issue with the toilet cistern. We told the staff about it and it was fixed before we came back from breakfast. I wish we could have stayed here for longer.

It's a bit of a walk from the main restaurants/ sites of Merida. We felt fine walking back at night but I think I'd be a bit on edge doing it as a single female.

We loved this place. Arrived on a scorching hot day. They had beers ready for us in the fridge! Awesome! Easy check in and positive vibe. Rooms were super clean and comfortable. Soaking pool was surrounded by lots of trees. Very relaxing. Not far from restaurants. Thanks!! We would stay here again. :)

Decently clean and well designed. Having a kitchen is helpful for leftovers and being able to buy beer to have in your room.

The lack of staff whatsoever and the various rules they throw at you via WhatsApp. The tone in their messages is too preppy and not helpful. I rather they shorten it and make it professional so when I need to look for the code to enter I don't need to read through all these extra words... Also - if you go for an early morning tour and need to store your luggage before 8am they cannot because they don't have anybody there.

Quiet, good location.

TV has Netflix and can be rotated while cooking. Beds are super comfy and Kitchen area is great. Hot water & hairdryer provided.

My room was right by the walkway so people could see in if the curtains were open.
