Room is clean with basic kitchen appliances provided. Drinking water is also available. Baggage storage service is available with some coordination with the host.

Location is slightly far from the center but is within walking distance from the bus station.

The property is located a few blocks from the center of Merida, so we walk. The ambiance is beautiful and the property is well-kept. The staff is friendly and helped us locate markets and destinations. Booking was easy.

The hotelito itself pretty, supercede. The seating area in reception, the pool area. Room was huge, balcony was amazing and being able to cook.was fab. We had a problem with electrics snd host responsecwas amazing..engineer within hours to fix it. Free coffee to use and sugar. New towels etc if needed ...just ask Carmen and fanny....they are the best. We loved location and love that hotel is part of a social regeneration project..being in a road with schools and local businesses, services was great. There was a peaceful closure protest happening when we were staying. The men manning the the closure became like old Friends as we said hello several times a day. We became friends with the cats and dogs. Pool hall across the road. A lavandaria 10 mins walk..good prices for us travellers. 2 local Mexican for breakfast lunch on corner or a coffee shop for more European breakfasts. 10 mins to zocolo. Soriana, super aki and food markets 10 mins walk. We arrived for merida Fest....amazing. Great (secret) local cantinas , beers with the locals, not touristy. Panaderias, street tacos..amazing. near ADO for trips to ruins..uxmsl merida or Progresso bus station. Great wifi. Good Sharp knives for cooking.

Not much though we realised other guests had different pots, pans etc to us...maybe standardised utensils. We weren't bothered but noise/neighbourhood might bother you if you want perfection but we love real life and authenticity.

Lovely staff. Pool and garden also.

A few additional kitchen items would be welcome

Nice backyard, water refill, clean, easy access to the city centre (10 min walk), free welcome beers

No reception or anyone to talk to about issues or what to do etc., very strict rules which didn't meet the vibe somehow Bathroom was quite small

the place is small and quiet, enough to spend a few pleasant days.

noise was heard in the upstairs room, apparently some furniture was being moved/dragged and there was a lot of noise in the room this depends entirely on the other users.

The property is beautiful and the rooms are very spacious.

The mosquitos in Mérida, bring repellent!
