Very freshly renovated and well-maintained place - no mold smell at all, which made a big difference. Great location and very helpful staff. I really enjoyed my stay.

Clean, pretty and spacious. Well equipped with amenities. A shared kitchen and free access to drinking water. Perfect location if you’re planning to go to the Yoga Barn (3 mins walk).

Kiki und ihr Mann sind sehr liebe Gastgeber. Sie gab uns Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflugsziele. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und immer Wasser nachgefüllt. Liegt zentral, alles um Ubud sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Hier lässt es sich ne ganze Weile aushalten

Man hört die Straße, besonders morgens. Was aber nicht schlimm war.

Very central, so great when you want to explore all things downtown Ubud. Beautiful homestay. And they have clearly invested in extra quality, that you easily appreciate when you have stayed in places that didn’t. Amazing mattress, good quality cotton bedding, water boiler and coffee, towels that don’t smell, shower with good water pressure and hot water, and just generally really clean and fresh. And also your hostess Kiki, that is always around to make sure you have what you need. Thank you.

I know every Bali host is fantastic, but Kiki and Gandi are special. Kind beautiful people who take good care of their property and guests. Very comfortable bed. The place looks just like the pictures. Extraordinary cleaning done daily. You come home and you feel like you just checked in.

Some construction noise from the neighbors but that’s not their fault. Actually located on a very quiet street considering the Ubud downtown typical noise
