great location, kitchen for cooking with basic equipment and few necessities (like salt and a bit of oil - but seemed like it had been there for ages)

room was kind of humid and dark. laundary was barely dry after 3 days because of humidity. some proper cleaning would be required for the room. also room was ground floor so did not feel save to leave windows open for the room to dry…

If, like me, you will attend an event near the Music Academy Jazeps Vitols, the location is unbeatable.

However, if you will stay for more than a couple of nights, be aware that the property does not provide for housekeeping. Plus, the wifi was abysmally unreliable, so I had to use my phone plan's data -- resulting in additional costs.

Perfect spot to visit Old Town Riga and Art nouveau quarter. Also close to train and bus station. Very comfortable apartment.
