Raina Boulevard Exclusive Design Apartments by the Park

The property is located in a beautifully restored building in a centre of the city. All the facilities in the property are new built and very convenient. The flat is decorated nicely, very clean.

The disappointment was that the hosts didn’t respond to our messages during our stay, they simply ignored them . On the arrival a chair was broken and left in the room, there was no tea or coffee provided, the bathroom toiletries were up to minimum which is important if you are staying for 5 nights. I would suggest to pack your own shampoo and shower gel or buy them at the local store. The bedding was incredibly small and uncomfortable; instead of one double size duvet there were two single size duvets almost children size, the sheet barely covered the bed which was double sized, two little pillows, only two medium sized towels and tiny hand towels. We have to use the same towels for five days, nowhere to dry them properly. These details are important to feel comfortable but, sadly, the hosts don’t think about it.

The apartment is clean, good atmosphere. Nothing was missing. Location - excellent. Would definitely use again if needed. Thank you!

Compact apartment or spacey hotel room -- depending on how you want to look at it. Very clean, well equipped, very comfortable. Excellent location for centre and Old town to be in walking distance.

Very new, comfortable and stylish apartment, as well as the whole building. Close to everything important - train station, shopping mall, historic centre. Contactless check in. We were happy with our decision to stay here!

We received check in information on the day of our arrival. It's sufficient, but for my own peace and feeling of being welcome I would prefer it a couple of days before. Also there is a lift in the building which was not mentioned in the instructions. We visited the place in May when it was around 10 degrees outside and we felt a bit cold inside. Cleanliness of the floors could be improved.

I travel almost every month, and this time I'm really impressed. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, clean, well-equipped and quiet. High ceilings. Ample storage space. Huge fridge, with some ice cubes ready for a cold drink - such a nice touch! Big dishwasher with enough pods. Enough dishes to fill up that dishwasher. Smart TV easy to connect from an Android device. Pillows and blankets to make comfortable when reading etc.

Unless actually sitting on the window sill, view from windows was just the building opposite of inner courtyard. It would be great if the check-in instructions would lead onwards to the elevator, it was hilarious to find it just after dragging suitcases up the stairs.

Clean and very well and modern-looking apartment with oven, stove, and washing machine. The whole apartment complex is behind a gate and a door both equipped with code-controlled locks.

The WIFI was beyond terrible. If you expect to work remotely, you can forget that. I couldn't even stay connected to the VPN (we tried phones and a laptop). There was a piece of chicken left at the back of the oven that we didn't notice. We were heating croissants in the morning and the whole apartment turned to KFC for a while.
