Jacobite View Pod

We liked where it was situated. It also was clean and comfortable. Great for us as there were only 3 of us,2 adults 1 child and 1 dog,grandson and dog loved watching the trains go by which are nearly in touching distance.

We found it a bit smaller than expected,there was just enough room for us,though we spent most of our day out. We found i managed to lock the door once after that it we couldn't lock the door.We have same locking system on our doors but they are fine,think you need to get doors checked as couldn't lock doors at night or when we went out. Also recommend getting black out curtains or blinds.

So cosy and great kitchen considering the size. Great location and fantastic we were allowed to check in early. Really good value for money. Only slight suggestion for changes but not deal breakers.

Its a shame Claire didn’t reply to our initial messages. The shower could do with an upgrade, the lock probably needs changing as was tough to lock and be nice to lock at night.

It was lovely, clean and comfortable for three adults.

The lock on the bathroom door, and key for the the front as it did lock but both nights went to lock but couldn't, I spose it takes time to get use to the locking system

Excellent view, easy to find. Compact and cosy.

Only able to watch Netflix on TV, no normal channels, wasn't a big issue though.

Bench as table. Very low table- not comfortable to eat from. Understand that the space is restricting and can't put proper table, but the point stands.

Great view of Ben Nevis. Very clean. Great location for exploring Ben Nevis area. The pod is on the drive of someone's home. In a cul de sac. We were fine with this but was a little surprised by the position! Railway tracks right infront of pod. But again this didn't bother us as there were very few trains passing.

As previous reviews have mentioned; it is missing a bottom sheet for the sofa bed. Thankfully we had a sleeping bag with us so used this and the duvet as the bottom cover. We did check all bedding was provided before our stay, and once we were there requested the sheet again. But didn't receive one. The other things that would be very beneficial are hooks to hang wet coats, towels, etc on.

Perfect location, everything you could need .. comfy and perfectly maintained.
