Jacobite View Pod

Gut ausgestattet, für 2 Personen nett und sehr gemütlich. Preis- Leistung ist gut. Die Züge2-3 haben uns nicht gestört.

Der Pod steht quasi an/ auf einem Kiesparkplatz, der von Ferienwohnungen genutzt wird, die wohl bei unserem Aufenthalt auch gut besucht waren. Das ein- und ausparken auf dem Kiesparkplatz und lärmende Grupoen in der Nacht und am frühen Morgen haben unseren Aufenthalt leider etwas getrübt.

Es ist eine süße kleine Unterkunft, sicher im Sommer noch schöner weil man Draußen sitzen könnte. Für nur 2 Freundinnen schon sehr eng. Genau richtig für ein sehr verliebten Paar, mit wenig Gepäck! Nett eingerichtet, leider fehlte uns die Möglichkeit im Bad ein Handtuch sicher aufzuhängen oder etwas abzustellen. Ebenso eine Fußmatte oder ähnliches, auf der man bei Regenwetter seine Schuhe innen abstellen könnte. Wir hatten auf unser etwas längeren Rundreise 2 große Koffer, dafür ist das Pod nicht geeignet, einer musste im Auto bleiben. Einen Schrank gibt es nicht, das hätte man aber auch nachlesen können, also unser Fehler. Die Lage ist nett, da die Dampflok unmittelbar an der Tür vorbei fährt. Die Kommunikation war schnell.

Bettzeug für das Schlafsofa lag auf der Erde.

The location was perfect near Fort William and in front of the rail so you can see the Jacobite steam train. There is also a television with Netflix available and a electric hob so you can cook your own food. Also towels available. Nice kitchen and nice bathroom

The place could have been cleaned better and especially the bed since there were a lot of small black hairs (not ours) in the (hopefully) clean bed linen and stains in the bed sheets. The carpet was not clean and stains in the couch, Also the door handle of the door to the bathroom wasn't smooth, you had to use force to push the handle down in order to open the door. We did not contact the owner about it because it should have been clean in the first place. Not after we complain about it. There isn't a doormat in the pod, only outside the pod. When it is rainy wheater, you step inside the pod with your dirty and wet shoes, resulting in a wet floor near the front door. 7 stars because the rest of our stay was good and the location was great. Hygiene is a big thing for us so that's the reason of 3 stars less.

Adorei a casa! Muito bem decorada, moderna, confortável e com tudo o que é necessário para uma curta estadia! A localização era perfeita, víamos os comboios a passar mesmo pertinho de casa, inclusive o comboio Jacobita!
