Jacobite View Pod

A very clean well equipped pod with fantastic view!! Bed comfortable, good shower and all kitchen amenities required for cooking and storing food. Peaceful and short walk from shops and train station. Our two dogs had garden outside and plenty parking, will definitely return!!Claire was friendly and even allowed an early check in!!

Couldn’t get tv to work and no soft lighting

Great little pod, very comfortable. Stayed for 2 nights whilst travelling through Scotland. Wish the train was running but that’s because we visited out of season

The other properties at this place were great. The location etc..is great. The owner replies quickly to messages you have.

The code to pick up the keys from the lock box, quick reply from owner sorted this out. The pod had a musty smell but the air freshener was empty also. The shower head centre fell out and I had to push it back in. Although there was a quilt for the bed sittee the sheets were missing. As the owner was on holiday we did wish to bother her again.

great place to stay. well-located and spotlessly clean. plenty of parking and Claire was helpful and responsive

Neat and tidy

Host was uncontactable on my arrival despite having made it known the time I would be arriving in advance. I had to ring the bell at a neighbors house, who had a “not an air b and b sign” in the window, to ask for directions. The water pressure was terrible a trickle essentially. The temperature control was really bad as well. The shower would go from freezing cold to scalding hot with nothing comfortable in between. The bed was sandwiched between walls which made getting in and out tedious Next to railway tracks so can be noisy when a train is passing. For the price I expect more

Sits across from train tracks, although thankfully they don’t blare the horn
