This property has such lovely hosts so friendly lively welcoming. Desmond is so amazing guys you have to meet him and Martin too. They are so attentive and helpful always available to assist . The owner himself is very nice too and ensures everything runs smoothly . The security is very good too, it’s such a peaceful quiet area so serene. Great entertainment system such as Netflix DSTV etc. They’ve also got a rooftop for you to relax plus a TV up there. Let me not forget they have a nice manual book guide to help you navigate your way round Ghana if it is your first time.

The only things I wish is that the blender was there from the beginning .

The property is a new build and basically a condo with roof terrace , everything is brand new , the apt has 2 spacious bedrooms , washing machine , fully functional kitchen plus cable so there is everything to cater for your needs , the staff are excellent and Desmond & Dennis will cater for all your needs

It’s in a new estate but Ubers are so cheap it’s not an issue

My stay at MAAT Luxury Homes was amazing. The property attendants Dennis and Desmond have outstanding customer service. They always made sure we were well taken care of. The location was perfect and close to the motorway making getting around Accra a little more easy. The mini market was super convenient when we needed quick snacks and we even visited the late night lounge for music and fun. Overall I would highly recommend.

A Stellar Experience at MAAT luxury home!" I recently had the pleasure of staying at MAAT Apartment and it was an experience worth sharing. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully distinguished between a fancy room to a prestigious one, offering all the amenities one could ask for. The view from the rooftop made a great difference and the incredibly comfortable bed that guaranteed a restful night's sleep. It was easy for me to access the centre parts of the city by hitting the motorway and I'm already at the Accra mall and the airport area in few minutes and also multiple tared and accessible routes into the east legon shops and restaurants. Every staff member I interacted with demonstrated a level of care and attention to detail that was truly impressive. I highly recommend this noiseless environment to anyone visiting the area and look forward to my next stay—and hopefully enjoying that coveted return discount!
