MAAT Luxury Homes

I booked this a week prior to arrival. On the day I booked it, I sent a message through the Expedia app asking to reserve their 'airport shuttle' (as listed in their listing). The day before our arrival, I called the +44 number and left a voice mail. No reply. On the evening of our arrival, I just got a taxi from the airport. However, the map location of this property on the Expedia app sent us directly into a military complex that is in construction. It was not Maat Luxury Homes. I looked up Maat Luxury Homes on google maps, which was another 20 minutes from the military complex that Expedia had as Maat's location. I was irritated because I chose this property due to the close proximity to the airport. But the real location was not close to the airport, and now it cost me more in taxi fares. We arrived, and the caretaker of the property didn't know that we were coming, even though I booked it a week prior to arrival. He did schedule a "shuttle" for our morning departure to the airport (using the Bolt service - a competitor to Uber). It's a nice place, but lack of communication and inaccurate location map pin on Expedia were frustrating.

The location is a little off the beaten path . Desmond was not as accommodating and friendly as Dennis. Dennis and his helper made everything wonderful .

A mon arrivée le numéro ne passait pas mais j'ai compris par la suite qu'il fallait ajouter un zéro devant le numéro. On pourrait corriger alors sur le site.

Le calme, la propreté, confort pour la famille. Le personnel était serviable. Isaac en particulier. Quand on avait besoin de quelque chose, de commander un taxi par exemple, il était disponible; ce qui facilitait nos déplacements.

On peut améliorer l'accès à Internet dans le logement. Pour quelqu'un comme moi qui en a besoin pour rester en contact avec mon bureau, c'est important.

On arrival we had Internet challenges but the host; Isaac, improvised and lent us his personal router. The preceeding days the Internet was super.

Endroit calme. Bien situé.

The home was very clean. The staff were respectful and professional. Desmond, Dennis, Richmond, and Patricia were all nice, humble, friendly, and very helpful. We will definitely be booking again.

Serene environment, fantastic apartment.

Wifi was not reliable. Traveller's should make alternative arrangement for their internet. Water was shut off at 10am in order to force me to exit at 11am.

Un séjour extraordinaire. Site bien sécurisé. Personnel sympathique et disponible. Difficile d'avoir un établissement aussi bien à ce prix. Vivement recommandé a tout ceux qui sont de passage à Accra
