GBFlat was the perfect size for us two. It had everything we needed. We stayed during a heatwave and temps reached about 32°, they had provided us with a very good fan. I did have to google how to use the cooker. Wifi was good and neighbours were quiet at night.

The bed... Unbelievably soft and wallowing.. Too uncomfortable to sleep.. Woke in pain
GBSpotlessly clean, everything worked, everything was in good condition, well equipped kitchen (including utensils), shower had good pressure and temperature control. Quiet location but close to amenities. Self check in was easy.
Only minor quibble is that although quiet time is 10pm to 7am. Perfectly understandable as sound travels and quests may have an early start. Cooking time is 7am to 9pm, which feels a little restrictive.

Oh. The bedding... Mattress was too wobbly for our liking (I must admit it would be very individual so not a fault really), blanket was way too thick for a spring season and there were no alternative, and pillows too hard (again, it's individual) for us.
GBThe property was clean and well presented, and the location was convenient for our visit to the theatre. The space itself was comfortable for a short stay.
On arrival, the allocated parking space was already occupied, and attempts to contact the host initially went unanswered, which made the situation stressful. So access to the property was delayed as we thought someone could possibly be inside. In addition, the property is accessed via a steep, narrow staircase, which could be difficult for older guests or those with mobility issues, and this was not clearly highlighted. During our stay, we could hear another guest arriving late in the evening struggling with a suitcase on the stairs, which reinforced how challenging access can be.
