Air-conditioning remote does not function. Can't adjust temperature. So cold at midnight

Only good thing is that it was super close to the main bus station and huge mall with several restaurants

We weren't expecting much as the price was quite low, however there was no water provided in the room, corners of the bed was full of dust and hairs, AC smells moldy and the walls are so thin you can hear what your neighbours are saying or watching. Bathroom did not look hygienic either

I don't mind self check in. But please inform earlier, don't last minute, I'm driving straight to hotel. After reaching then go directly to hotel. Then realized it seft check in. It easy for hotel provider not to customer...
