you need to clean, clean and clean. I had insects 🐜 in my room. A colony from the ceiling to the floor. Behind the beds it was dirty

The washroom was nonsense and water very slow and dirty.

The guesthouse is perfectly located 5 minutes from Aman Jaya Bus Terminal. I think it is the best option for hotels in the area if you arrive at that bus station and leave from there. You have a bus that takes you to the city center in 30 minutes. The place is a small hostel, but with private rooms. You have a common space, boiler, shared bathrooms. Access is sent to you in private as key code etc. The rooms are clean, so do the bath rooms. Downstairs there's a great restaurant where you can have an open breakfast with less than 10 MYR.

Unfortunately, they don't have single rooms, so if you travel solo, you have to pay double, for a double/ twin room, which makes the place a bit overpriced for a room with shared bathroom on the outskirts of the city. They should have available also the double room option for a solo traveler, not force you to pay almost double.

It was a shared bathroom. Not stated in the first photo in the app. The toilet is dirty. The room is not soundproof.
