Everything is perfect the room, bed, air-conditioning, and WiFi.

The water pressure inside the toilet is very2 low. Owner should fix that

The room is comfortable and has a good smell

there is a spiderweb at my towel. the staff i chatted with was not friendly. the toilet is worst.

The hotel is really close to the busstation form where we wanted to go to Cameron Highlands. Theres a mall close to the hotel where you can shop and have dinner. The hotel has selfecheking which worked perfectly, very efficient. We liked the room, there was no window, but it didn't bother for just a short stay.

The bathrooms were very dirty upon arrival. Not in a sense that they were not cleaned before we came, but in a sence that they have not been cleaned properly and thourougly in a very long time. I am not a person to complain easily but the way I received a respons from the person in whataspp was very dissapointing. I texted this person after we left and checked out that we loved our stay, but didn't feel so good bahting in the bathrooms because they didn't seem hygenic. The person responded that if I want to have a better service I should have gone to a different hotel at a different price rate. I'm so sorry for offending you with my feedback sir/mam. I just wished that a regular, basic, but clean bathroom had nothing to do with quality or price.
