Nice place to stay for a night or longer. Nearby bus terminal from where you can also take a bus to the center. The place is clean and has everything I needed. Downstairs is a local restaurant. Great .

Only that you don't have a privat bathroom.

Toilet very dirty

The contact with the owner was flexible. We could choose to check in ourselves and got easy and good steps to follow. The location of AK Greenrise Meru is nearby the busstation where we arrived. Our own room was clean and the place had a common area where you could eat and sit. This area was also clean and nicely decorated.

Although the location is nearby the busstation, we had to cross a busy road with no traffic lights or place to walk for pedestrians. We still crossed because we had no other way of transportation and it seems ridiculous to pay for a taxi for a four minute walk. Our room was okay and clean, but the bathrooms were both dirty. There were hairs in the shower, the whole place was wet and the other customers left their stuff in the bathroom. There was even some kind of colored styrofoam in the corners of the bathroom. I think that if the bathrooms are cleaned a bit more often, we would have enjoyed our stay a lot more. The whole place smelled intensely like paint or something, because the owner turned a building that looks like an office into this hotel. There were no windows to open in the room so the only way I didn't smell it that much was by turning on the AC. It was very noisy in the whole place. There were other guests who talked loudly and kept playing music until late in the evening. This however is not on the owner, but it is good to know that the walls are very thin and that you can hear everything. In the morning the other guests got op at 6.30. They left the lights on, they kept walking back and forth and they didn't try to even lower their voices. Maybe it is good to install some rules like a quiet time. Although that might not work on everyone, it would have given us something to refer to.
