The sofa bed was not big enough for two adults, it is big enough for one adult and one child, or two children, but definitely not two adult adults.

Llegamos de un largo viaje y no había toallas, ni papel higiénico, ni jabón para lavar los platos. Poca limpieza .Había basura en el cubo de la cocina y del baño. El apartamento es más para tres personas, no cuatro. El sofá cama muy pequeño. Al día siguiente nos dejaron unas toallas fuera de la casa, pero del papel higiénico ni rastro. Tuvimos que comprar papel y jabón de vajilla. No recomendable, no volvería allí.

It was 10 mins by car or taxi to the nearest tube station.

Most of the outlets dont work. Have to move the kettle somewhere else for it to work. There was no internet connection and we were told that it will get sorted the next day but nobody connected with me. The place was booked for 4 adults and only 2 towels were provided. We have to hunt for the 3rd towel in one of the cupboards. When I asked for the 4th towel no reply to my message. The tv did not work since there was no internet. The shower curtain barely reached the tub therefore water splashed everywhere and when the shower is turned on the shower head will move and thus also splashed water everywhere. There was no floor towel provided so had to deal with wet bathroom floor after use. The corridor radiator was barely hanging on to the wall held by paper. Please do not advertise your place as such when the amenities are so lacking. I have booked a few places but have never been this disappointed. Will not come back.

I had a great time at this property. Everything was good and clean. I just have one suggestion: the bed was comfortable, but if you could provide a double bed, it would be amazing. Thank you!”
