The house was modern but with beautiful victorian features in some rooms. The hosts thought of everything to make our stay welcoming and comfortable.

Thete was an unpleasant drain smell in the morning in the bathroom and the catch on the outdoor gate was broke so wouldnt open from the inside.

It’s a great location for the Commonwealth pool. It has parking. It’s very spacious. The owners are very helpful with lots of nice personal touches including homemade cake.

"Wonderful place for a family stay in Edinburgh"

This is our second time staying at this lovely place in Edinburgh. It is like a home away from home-but better! So much space as well as elegantly and tastefully decorated. Beds are super comfy with crisp, clean bedding. Modern bathrooms with great shower pressure and hot water (which isn’t always the case in Edinburgh). May, our host, thought of everything, leaving us breakfast supplies and homemade brownies and fresh fruit to get us through our first morning. She was so helpful during and before our stay with any questions or concerns. The kitchen is very large and has an American-sized fridge and is equipped with everything you would need to make a nice, relaxing meal at home after touring around all day. The place is located on a quiet street, just a short walk to the Meadows and then on to Old Town, or just minutes to the bus. We have only been here during the colder season, but we would love to come back and enjoy the terrace and outdoor space in the summer. So much to love about staying here!
