Very sweet house, it was warm, and the kitchen is well-stocked. Views from both windows (back and front) are MAGNIFICENT, you see the Gergeti Church in front of Mount Kazbek just from the terrace, you can never leave the house and enjoy the nature :)

There are no curtains on the windows above the door. This is an easy fix for hosts, so it is probably solved already, but if not, it is probably a good idea to pack a sleeping mask.

The view was excellent, and the privacy and comfort of having your own space made the stay more enjoyable. The facility is fully equipped with everything you might need, and every area of the chalet is Instagram male. Netflix was already a bonus 😉

The mirror is quite small and only located in the toilet. It would be more convenient to have an additional mirror in the living room area. The rain limited us from enjoying the outdoor facilities, which would have been perfect for a morning breakfast. We also noticed a nice barbecue area. Heavy rain or strong winds could affect sleep due to the noise, but the morning view made up for it—it was truly the best part.

Incredible view and peaceful atmosphere

If you come to Kazbegi, this log cabin was perfect and the choice without you considering it. The sightseeing environment around was fabulous, breathtaking, and fantastic. I wanted to spend my entire life in the cabin. And the equipment was very very complete in the room. You can find nearly everything you need!

Nothing to complain. Everything was perfect.

The scenery of the location is really beautiful, you could see Mt. Kazbek from your bedroom. Down the road is the city square with big shops and cafes. The house is cozy, warm and has all the facilities. It even has an Alisa device :) The host is super friendly and helpful, definitely want to visit this place again

The lication and view was amazing. Heating system was working really good, it was nice and warm inside while it was freezing outside. Interior was very cozy, everything well though out. Internet was also very good and fast.

Couple of really small downsides. The coocktop in the kitchen was electrical instead of the gas one, so it was a bit hard to use. There was no television service in there, there was a TV but only with Youtube or something like that. Alrhought the TV was a bit too small to watch it from the couch. Also there was no HDMI cable to connect with a laptop or something, so we ended up not using it at all.

Amazing place with clean amenities and good design. A mesmerising 360-view from the room that was so magnificent that I was speechless (see photos). You can easily find everything you need in the house and comfortably spend your vacation.

The bathroom was too small for me. However, I think it's because I have very long hair that makes it difficult to shower.

It was our second time at SMART Kazbegi and we couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in Stepantsminda! Central Kazbek view from the bad. Well-equipped kitchen, fast Internet, how and well-pressured water. The cottage was clean and well prepared. The heating worked very well. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The area is calm and quiet. 10 minutes walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Perfect place for a workation as well - there is a big table for working. Awesome value for money as well. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The mountain view was stunning, and the rooms were pristine. The beautiful interior added to our experience. We will definitely be back again. The owner was incredibly supportive and made our visit even more enjoyable.
