The place is amazing with a fantastic view. Super clean, cozy and well equipped. The host is a very nice, kind lady! 100% recommended!

There is nothing we didn't like

The view of Mount Kazbek from this cottage is unblocked and amazing. We saw the sunrise every day. The cottage had all the amenities you’d need - heating, washing machine, drying rack, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, etc. Bed was very warm and comfortable and the shower was hot enough. It was a very comfortable stay and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Despite the heating it still got cold at night and in the mornings in sub-zero temperatures, but it was perfectly warm in the afternoon. The cabin was quite a walk up the mountain from the centre of the town, and the road outside from the bottom all the way to the cottage was unpaved and under construction so during our stay cars could not drive that road up, but I believe it should be fixed soon. At times we had to detour and walk along other roads to reach the cottage.

Nice cottage, there's a kitchen with everything needed, a washing machine and detergent. Location is pretty close by to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies.

The street is in renovations and the overall location is a bit eerie and run down, but to be honest this is pretty true for much of Stepantsminda so I can't fault the property for it.

Amazing hosts, amazing view of the Kezbegi mountain in the mornings from bed, super cozy house, the small details were just superb. Haven't slept so well like I did here in a long time.

There are no curtains on the upper floor window on the entrance side. Didn't bother us too much because we don't go to bed late and we woke up naturally. Woke up around 8 or 9 so no problem at all for us.

The owner is hospitable and polite. He waited for a long time and met on the road to make it easier to find the location.

there is no normal road to the hotel. No breakfasts for an extra fee

Lovely cottage with all the facilities/features you can ask for. The owners and caretakers of the property are nice and helpful.

The roads around the cottage were under construction (dug).
