A chave disponibilizada não abria a portaria, então tem que ficar ligando para a pessoa abrir, o quarto é bem diferente que nas fotos! Não foi fornecido toalha de banho! A cama não era muito confortável e fora que ficamos com coceira à noite toda por conta dos lençóis, não recomendo, e não voltaria a me hospedar lá, fiquei bem decepcionada!
