Je demande un dédommagement j ai annulé la réservation car il n y avait de chauffage même d apppoint je lui ai dis vous chauffez pas non car ça coûte cher et après les gens abusent je suis désolé on loue pas son appartement si il n y a pas les conditions je souhaite être remboursé
