We really liked the house and where it is located .

The house could do with a little tlc. Curtains hanging off the rail. Book case is a little shabby with no books hardly, probably too big for the room. Couch is dirty, and the draws upstairs were dirty inside. One draw falling apart. Only 2 hangers in the wardrobe Curtains shabby.

What a lovely little cottage!!! Gorgeous, perfect location and so central, easy access to car park. Would mist definitely stay here again. All you need on a self catering place too. Beautiful.

Just a little confusion on our required check in time, but all resolved, and everything else really straightforward.

The location couldn’t have been better, an ideal base to explore the city from. It was a very enjoyable few nights at York Minster view

"A Lovely Place to Stay"

The flat was in the perfect location, about a 15 minute walk from the station and right in the heart of the old town. You can see the minster from both the living room and bedroom, and you're also surrounded by amazing local restaurants, pubs and shops. The kitchen is kitted out with everything you might need and all of the towels and bedding were of wonderful quality. The wifi connection was absolutely fine but when not on wifi there were no issues with reception in the building. Check in and check out were both easy, we were even contacted by the hosts early to advise we could check in earlier than the arranged time. Overall a really wonderful place to stay and we will definitely be back!

The architecture is true for its time (NOT a bad thing, it's actually really wonderful) but if you're over 6', prepare to do some ducking 😂. If you're up in the night frequently, the loo is on another floor so just be wary.
