Overall this is an excellent property. Excellent layout, equipment, supplies, comfort …. and of course the view . The nearby mini-train to the Spa is very convenient too!

The only real issue we had was the incredibly slippy floors in the showers. In all my traveling around the world they are the most dangerous. This situation is an accident waiting to happen (and a big insurance claim). The first morning I had to wedge one foot against the wall and one foot against the shower door base in order not to fall. Very uncomfortable and still scary. The next day I just threw a towel on the shower floor … that worked well. A minor, though temporarily disconcerting problem, was that the (key) lock-up box code numbers in the email and in the residence handbook were slightly different. That led to some last minute panic and confusion as we were trying to leave the house in the manner requested and not miss a train.

A beautiful property with excellent views of the sea and easy beach access. Perfect for a family get together at Easter with lots of room for everyone.

Everything met expectations. It would be great to have a few more pots and pans for large groups at this house. We didn’t realise you had to book the hot tub through a different company and by the time we were told this a week before they were booked- it would be beneficial to have this information a month or two earlier.

Wow!! What an amazing villa. We travelled to Bridlington in the summer with our family and it was absolutely amazing. Our children loved being right near the beach. The villa was exceptional with everything we needed was provided for us. The hosts were easy to contact and very approachable. The view from the Villa was amazing we even had binoculars which enabled us to see boats and ships closer during the day and night. There was a great folder put together that explanined everything about the Villa which was very clear. We throughly enjoyed the dynamics of the house the kids called it an upside down house! with bedrooms being downstairs. The house was immaculatly clean and tidy. The locals were very helpful and friendly. There are shops and cafes/resturants nearby at easy access. The buses and trains nearby were great and running throughout the day.
