Villa Nina Amalfi

The amazing views, hosts, food, and accommodations. You truly feel like you become part of Francesca and Roberto’s family when you visit. They were generous hosts that helped us navigate the Amalfi coast with ease. They also helped us with transportation and fed us amazing food. They were wonderful!

The Villa sits above the town of Pogerola, which is perched 1,000 ft above the town of Amalfi. It is a quiet town with some restaurants and a village market above the tourist crowds in Amalfi. The villa had 3 large bedrooms and two full baths. The patio outside the home had sun loungers, a dining table and a hot tub. What a stunning view from this patio. The Villa is hosted by Francesca and Roberto who helped us arrange transport, tours, cooking classes (on site) and dining. They were super hosts constantly communicating with us to ensure we had a wonderful experience. There is a bus running back and forth from Pogerola to Amalfi that makes access easy.

The home with a stunning view comes with a cost of walking up quite a few stairs to reach the villa. Roberto and Francesca helped with all of the luggage.

This villa was out of this world, probably the best place I have ever booked, not only did I love the views, the lemon trees & the peaceful location, but our hosts Francesca & Roberto were simply the best, we will definitely be back soon 🙏🏼💕

The host were AMAZING! They made everything about this place awesome. The view is beautiful and the rooms cute but the hosts are the gems. They arranged anything we asked them to from private drivers, boat tours, ect. They cooked us delicious pizza, gave us wine, breakfast really anything we needed. Amalfi itself is surprisingly difficult to traverse. The traffic and roads are wild. Have Francesca and Roberto really helped our entire travel through amalfi.

If you like to be away from the hustle and bustle then this is the perfect stay. If you like to be in the center of the action then I would look for something more city center. I loved the quiet and view.

Great location, beautiful views and amazing hosts.

Francesca and Roberto could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Our party of 6 were greeted upon getting off the bus and were assisted into the villa. They also prepared our first meal of home made ravioli and another pasta dish, both of which were amazing. The villa is beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, and comfortable. You can tell they take pride in their property. In addition to helping us navigate the buses, Francesca and Roberto also gave recommendations and arranged drivers for several excursions. The views were spectacular. Definitely take advantage of the pizza making class! We were only there for four nights, but feel we made new friends in Italy and we were sad to leave.

Yes, there are quite a few steps getting to the villa, but certainly manageable if you are in reasonably good health. The hosts are helpful with getting your luggage into and out of the villa.

We spent 1 week on holiday at Villa Nina Amalfi for our nieces wedding. What a beautiful Villa with stunning and amazing views. Francesca and Roberto are fantastic hosts and nothing was never too much trouble for them both. Be it arranging getting us to and from the wedding, phoning the doctors when medical advice was required. They also arranged our private transfer to and from Naples Airport. They also provided us with stunning pizzas, wine, cakes, coffee and biscuit the list goes on and on. Super hosts and we would highly recommend this stunning Villa if you are looking at staying near to Amalfi. Excellent and reliable transport links between Amalfi and the Villa.

The accommodations, views and hosts were all amazing. Villa Nina is high up on the hill top, a perfect escape from the fun but crowded towns. You get a beautiful view of the ocean, valley and Ravello. You could honestly just sit on the multi level patios and enjoy the views for hours. There is a bus stop just at the bottom of the stairs so getting around is very easy. There are some stairs to get up and down to the house as they clearly state in the description. You can even walk down to Amalfi but it is strenuous especially if hot and sunny. I can’t say enough good things about Roberto and Francesca, they are beyond accommodating and just simply amazing people!! They made our trip an unforgettable experience. And yes, be sure to take the cooking class - Roberto is an incredible chef. There are also a couple restaurants and bars close by so you don’t have to always go down to the town. Thank you Roberto and Francesca for sharing your beautiful home.

Firstly, we loved everything from beginning to end. It was very hard to leave and that was not because of the stunning location, the mind blowing views that will never leave me, the lock village and people who embraced us on our visit, the outstanding accommodation both inside and out.It was because of these incredible people who ran thier fingers though our souls from our first encounter to the very last.

The view was amazing but that wasn't even the best part. The hosts Francesca and Roberto were simply amazing. We got into town late and it happened to be my Dad's birthday and they whipped up dinner really fast on short notice and it was the best pasta that we had in all of Italy during our 2 week trip. The hospitality was the best we have ever experienced. They talked with us for a while as we discussed some specifics of Amalfi, Italian cuisine and local things to do. We had our 16 month old twins with us and they played with them and just loved on them greatly. They set us up with a contact of theirs and we rented a private boat for the day. We highly recommend going this route vs getting one at town square. The views are breathtaking to say the least. The walk to get up to the house is just a few stair cases and can take a little time but Franchesca and Roberto carried 80% of our luggage for us both up and down the steps! They are close by incase you need anything at all. They are just incredible people who have a beautiful place that we are extremely happy we decided to book our stay with.
