Gorgeous Oceanfront Condo with BBQ

Beach view was awesome

50.00 parking pass will a little to much

The owner sent instructions to check-in 2 days before departure, including the condo front door lock code. The condo is on the 22nd floor, very clean and includes everything you need. It's 1 bedroom, living room, 2 full baths, and an amazing balcony. You park in a parking deck across the street and there's a walkway to the building. There's a $50 fee you have to pay to get a parking pass and a wrist band to wear all the time. The view from the condo's balcony is right on the beach and amazing. There are 2 elevators that weren't busy at all, considering we were in September. The resort is called Sterling Breeze, located very close to Pier Park.

There's nothing we didn't like.

Amazing location. King bed & shower in bedroom was amazing.

No hand soap in bathrooms, no bedding for pullout couch (very uncomfortable)

The condo was not very clean. There was a used paper towel in the living room under the chair, chips on the rug in the living room, and dirty, used sheets on the bed. We knew the sheets were dirty and not washed from the previous tenants due to there was tons of hair all on the sheets of the bed. Also, stains on the pillows and comforters. We didn’t identify the dirty, used sheets until late when we got home from supper on our first night. We emailed the property owner and got an email back that they were sorry, did not live in Florida, and would reach out to the housekeeper. I also had the housekeeper’s number from where the owner emailed me the day before we arrived. So I reached out and provided pictures and didn’t get a response back. We were provided one washer pod which I used to wash the sheets so we could sleep on the first night without having to go back to the store at 10 pm. We did not bring washer pods due to we only were staying two nights. We never heard back from the owner or housekeeper regarding the issue. This was very unsanitary and disgusting. We slept only with the top sheet in which I washed the rest of the weekend.

The elevator was superb.

Wanted to use the BBQ but couldn’t because it was extremely filthy. Cigarette butts in the BBQ grill grease trap. It was horrible.

Just as the photos given. Unit 2205 of the Sterling Breeze resort has an awesome view of the ocean! It was quiet and away from the noise of the busy section of Front Beach Road, less than a mile from Pier Park.

The heaviness and hard time we had opening the patio door. Air tight!!! Bring extra blankets if using the pull out sofa. Sheets were provided.
