Gorgeous Oceanfront Condo with BBQ

Bathrooms were updated and clean.

Bed linens and towels were dark colors. Gave the bed a dirty appearance.

Overall experience is what I expected based upon the photos and previous client reviews. Staff were very friendly/helpful, specifically Renee was extremely accommodating. Pool was very nice and view was great. Having a gas grill was an added bonus.

Did not have a remote for the tv when we arrived, some light bulbs in lamps and stovetop were out.

Absolutely loved the view from the 22nd floor! The property was clean and loved the pool/hot tub acccess!

Location & access to the beach. Condo was nice and seemed pretty clean. Check-in was a smooth process, and instructions were made clear.

$50 for parking.

I thought the view was breathtaking. Liked the pool and the hot tub, thought the lobby staff was nice. The beach was clean. It was nice to have a washer and dryer, and large bathrooms.

At check-in, it took 20/30 to get up the elevator. Which was expected. They have a grocery cart for you to put your luggage into to get to your room. Our can opener was broken I had to ask the condo next to us to borrow theirs with was junk as well., coffee maker didn't work we tried several plugs. The TV in the bedroom didn't have the correct remote and you could not get any stations, I did get a hold of the housekeeper and she told us 2x she was coming but never showed. Finally the 3rd time texted the owner he had a handyman bring me one which I had to program and still wasn't able to use the television properly. The living room tv remote didn't work either and asked about that since she never showed we purchased our batteries. Which we left behind. Just little things that should have been taken care of before the guest arrives, not to mention everything was unplugged. One of the lamps in the living room did not have a switch to turn the light on which made it useless. Tried to use the grill and got a little shock from it so we didn't use it. The clock above the coffee bar is also broken. My honest opinion is the condo is nice, but why not make sure things work? Have batteries, clean dishes, and functional working items inside. I just feel it's a lack of common sense. You are not allowed to have your floats or beach chairs with you at the pool. There were unfinished repairs that should be completed.
