Very very nice Lady who runs it, keeps it clean and tidy and very helpful and kind. It's a bit budget, a little old and tarnished, but clean and good service if you want/need any help. And very good location. So I really enjoyed it.

Well only small things could be the AC was very loud, and my room had no hot water, but still ok temperature. And for this price and location I think it's OK small things.

NO HOT WATER AT ALL RLY OLD ROOMS NO TOILET SEAT LOTS OF NOISE FROM THE KIDS OUTSIDE LOTS OF NOISE FROM THE UPSTAIR ROOMS (IF SOMEONE WALKING, U HEAR EVERY LITTEL STEP)
