The hotel is in a great location and the woman who works there is very friendly.

There was no WiFi, no hot water and room was tiny and many bugs in the room.

The lady tried her best to accommodate me, the location was good, the bed was OK, there were hot water in the shower

The bathroom was attacked by ants, which made it dirty. The neighbor stands played music very loud very early in the morning. When I complained to the staff, they discussed it with them and the next morning it was OK tough.

-top right room's AC did not work very well on some hot days. -top right room very noisy, street noise, roosters, birds nesting outside (not mad about it, just something to note) Accd to the guests the lower rooms did not have noise issues or AC issues.

relative to the hostels in San Juan, this is a much better option. Both of the bunk beds are double beds & comfortable and the location is perfect as it's right in the center of the town. Also the WiFi worked well for us (unless the island was having power cuts). Has its own kitchen area too which was a nice bonus.

It is so incredibly loud that you can't sleep. Roosters / cockerels (I think we counted 8 different ones) are going off since 5am & because it's just off the main road, and the windows are glass shutters, they do not keep any noise out. The road is super loud too so we were having to sleep with headphones, not able to get asleep until after 1am and awake from 5am each day. If you are a light sleeper you may want to go elsewhere. Receptionist also wasn't too helpful, we had no hot water whatsoever and asked her how it could be fixed to which she couldn't help. Overall an okay stay but wouldn't return due to the noise issues.

Perfect location in San Juan. The owner is very kind and welcoming. Simple rooms but as we had expected from the photos. Walking distance to great restaurants.

Room and bathroom could be cleaner.

Nice size room. Refillment for water inside the room. Toilettries provided. Quiet location but enought restaurants and cafeterias in the area. Right on solangon beach. Access to sister resort the Bruce and it's pool and infrastructure was handy, especially since with low tide cannot have a bath in the sea.

No air-con. Ants in the room, some inside the kettle so could not use the free coffee provided.
