THIS IS NOT A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL, NOR IS IT SMOKE FREE! NO PLACE TO TAKE DOGS TO PEE OR POO. WAS TOLD I COULD DRIVE DOWN THE ROAD TO THE PARK! STAIRS TO THE UPPER ROOMS WERE METAL SLATS, NOT SOLID SO DOGS COULD NOT USE! PEOPLE LOITERING OUTSIDE, AND SMOKING RIGHT OUTSIDE ROOMS THAT WERE NOT THEIRS. OFFICE SMELLED VERY HEAVILY OF SMOKE AS WELL.
USLocated off the main highway which made for a very quiet stay.
Door to the room was ajar when I arrived (very) late at night. Quick check, no one had been in it, so that was a plus….
USUSUSUSWe were on a road trip and needed to stop for the night. This hotel, located in Ely, Nevada, reflected the surrounding character of the town. It's not fancy but it meets the need! Staff were lovely and welcoming and it was such a nice bonus to have water bottles in our room!
USNo breakfast was offered at the HWY 50 Inn.
