USI asked for a handicap room when booking and upon arrival they offered a room on the second floor. I turned it down and went elsewhere.
USUSThe staff was amazing and set us up in an ADA room to accommodate my mother. The room was well done and they said it was the best room for access they had ever stayed in. Everything was great and the location is right downtown, but a street back that was nice, and the vintage steam locomotive was fun watching during the day. Great stay
