Kedvező ár, Ingyenes parkolás, jó felszereltség, tágas nappali, a városközponthoz és a boltokhoz közeli elhelyezkedés, csendes környék, valamint a játékszoba mind hozzájárultak a kellemes tartózkodásunkhoz. A Wi-Fi nálunk hibátlanul működött, az ágyak kényelmesek voltak, a szobák kellően tágasak, a konyha pedig jól felszerelt.

Általánosságban a tisztaságra egy kicsit nagyobb figyelmet fordíthatnának, mert véleményem szerint ez a terület nem éri el a 9,2-es értékelés szintjét. A május végi látogatásunk ellenére sajnos nagyon meleg volt. A szobákban található ventilátorok hangosan működtek, ezért nehezebben tudtunk aludni. A szobákban a légkondicionáló nagy előnyt jelentene.

"Beautiful house"

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The approach to the house itself is beautiful because of the greenery. The house is very spacious, has a small gym on the top floor and a room with entertainment facilities on the ground floor. The yard is fenced and intimate and there is parking in front of the house. In the house you will find everything you need for your stay, and more (tea, coffee, salt, sugar, oil...). The owner was always available for all inquiries. We received detailed instructions for entering the house and had a wonderful stay. If we return to Modena again, we will definitely stay at Mrs. Alessandra's place.

"Exactly what we were looking for"

The property was perfect for a family reunion over the Christmas holidays. The spacious rooms accommodated up to 7 people, and the big open space on the first floor ensured everyone could find a seat. The playroom in the basement, with a pool and foosball tables is an awesome perk, guaranteeing fun for kids and adults. There is plenty of parking on the street, and a nice neighborhood park is perfect for walks in the countryside. The host was very friendly and accommodating.

"Great house for a holiday with friends."

The owner reacted quickly to problems with Wifi. A very comfortable, clean house. Large bathrooms. Car necessary to reach the house and do sightseeing. A grat plus were insect nets in windows.

Difficult use of Wifi due to uncertain power supply.
