Konum olarak çok sapa bir yerde kalıyordu ama tuktuk vs ulaşabilirsiniz

Le personnel a été adorable !! Un peu hors du centre d’Ella, au calme.

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3 , mais il n’y avait qu’un lit pour 2, heureusement le gardien de l’hôtel a trouvé un sofa pour y mettre la 3 eme personne , alors que le patron de l’hôtel n’a pas essayé de trouver une solution au problème.

Modern, comfortable bed, clean, felt like you were in the Forrest with big bright windows. Lovely staff

Unfinished building and incomplete rooms (eg no fridge, safe, tv), shower was blocked & took ages to drain, room didn’t get serviced over the 3 nights. Expensive given that the premises are clearly unfinished. Staff were great but you needed to ask them for amenities (eg towels, water)

It was beautifully finished, exceptionally clean and wonderfully peaceful. The Sri Lankan breakfasts were amazing!

No notes here, it was a dream.

Beautiful views from room and breakfast. Very kind staff and it is clear they want to make your stay pleasant! Building is very nice with nature built in mind. Rooms were clean.

Not necessarily a dislike but the rooms were a little basic but very clean!

Hôtel neuf et moderne, la literie est de qualité et la vue de la chambre très belle.

Un peu excentre, il faut prendre un tuktuk pour aller dans le centre. Un petit peu cher pour un hôtel sans le petit déjeuner inclus.

Very clean and very friendly staff

For the price it lacks a lot of the luxury’s you’d expect for the price tag. We had no fridge in our room, no tv, and no rooms cleaning or towels replaced during our stay. We ended up leaving a day early

Zimmer Sehr toll eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist neu und dementsprechend alles sehr schön. Jedoch war die Sauberkeit in der Lobby und Treppenhaus nicht zu sehen. Hier wurde nicht auf Ordnung geachtet. Lediglich nur auf den Zimmern. Das Personal war nett, jedoch auch kein gutes Englisch. Die Dusche und Toilette war wirklich toll, die beste die wir hatten in Sri Lanka.

Direkt an der Hauptstraße, Sau laut, wir konnten wirklich kaum schlafen. Wirklich schade um das Hotel, aber die Lage ist wirklich eine Katastrophe.

Fantastic view, staff always friendly and welcoming

Location means you need a tuk tuk or driver to go out sightseeing or for dinner. Rooms are new but the finishing touches are all little rushed and need some finesse.
