GBCleanliness of the place is extremely clean. Location. Quite area close to high street.
Very narrow staircase with a pram not ideal to go up and down. Smell of cigarettes in the main corridor. Hitting your nostrils straight from the entrance. On the next morning, we could even sense it in the flat. When we were about to go out in the corridor, it was a fog of the smoke. Toilet very shallow. My partner has IBS, and he could not use the toilet. In the flat was no light, which you could dim.

GBGood location, close to the town & a short walk to the coast. Sizeable rooms, comfortable bed. Good TVs and reliable, fast wifi.
Some unsavoury characters hang around close by, outside a convenience store, ca. 50 yards from the entry to the property.
USGBThe accommodation was very clean and fantastic location with regards to access to the seafront. The host was extremely helpful and attentive with questions and queries.
Pillows we're very soft and given that the booking was for 4 people, would have been nice to have the sofa bed ready made up.
