It was such a joy to spend a whole month at Casinha do Pinal! My hosts, Margarida, Nadia, and Filipe, are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met, always making sure I had everything I needed. I was warmly welcomed on arrival, left to enjoy my own space, yet always offered a helping hand whenever I needed it. My entire stay went flawlessly, and I truly felt like part of the family. The little house is sweet, cosy, and offers all the privacy one could want. The garden is yours to enjoy, and one of the highlights of my stay was eating outside while soaking up the sun. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

"Pequeno paraíso ao pé da praia. Como se estivesse em casa."

O jardim da casa era um pequeno paraíso! Com uma variedade de árvores já maduras, dava a sensação de reclusão com a natureza ainda que estivéssemos numa das principais avenidas de Colares apenas a 3 minutos da praia. A casinha, era pequena mas completamente adequada as necessidades de um casal e uma criança para uns dias de férias. Além de que o espaço exterior era ideal para refeições ou simplesmente para relaxar ao ar livre.

El alojamiento tiene mucho encanto, todo cuidado al detalle. Muy recomendable

Nada. (Poner mosquiteras en las ventanas haría el lugar aún mejor, pero no es un hándicap para pasar unos días estupendos)

Despite major delay and resulting arrival at 01:15am, Nadia made sure that we arrived safely and settled in to this beautiful home. She is extremely responsive, friendly and helpful and so is Margarida who is available around the property. The home is situated with a peaceful garden and great outdoor seating. The location is perfectly balanced between Sintra and the coastline and there is a Continente supermarket nearby, making it a convenient base to enjoy the area from. Would recommend Casinha do Pinhal any time!
