深夜到着でも快く迎え入れてくれていろいろ質問に答えてくれました。

安宿なので仕方ないですが、シャワールームは泡も立たない石鹸がひとつのみ。翌朝カラコルに行くバス停を聞いたところ現在閉鎖されている場所を案内されました。後からオーナーにあなたの情報は間違っていたとメールしましたが、わたしは普段働いているのでその情報知らなかった。今あなたはバスに乗れたのだから問題ないと謝罪はなく開き直り。人間性を疑いました。帰国日にも予約していましたがもちろんキャンセルしました。キルギスにきてはじめて出会った人がこの人だったので、旅が嫌になりました。

Our experience was terrible. Nothing positive.

We booked a room with air conditioning but there wasn't any AC and the bed sheets were extremely warm, the ones used in the winter. There were >40 ºC outside and the room heating up a lot, so we asked the owner about it. He said it was our fault not to have paid extra if we wanted more comfort. We showed him we had booked an AC room. He starts being aggressive. He then went away saying he would solve it. After one hour we go back to him and he says he won't provide AC. It's late and we just ask him for the price difference. He starts blackmailing, saying he wants us to go out of the hostel and he will only give us anything back if we leave. We say we don't want it because it's late night. After this he asks us to cancel the booking from our side if we want any money. He says he will cancel the booking from his side if we don't cancel from our side and in that case we won't receive the money. I explain I know the rules and that Booking.com will come after the money and he starts getting more agressive. He then says he will call the police if we don't cancel the booking. We just say: "Ok, I'll be waiting at my room for when you either cancel the booking or call the police". I go to my room and 5 minutes later he's bringing the AC inside the room, while still complaining, but clearly understanding he couldn't scam us. We say now everything is OK, but 1 hour later he comes again to our room, with another guest with him, proposing us to swap to his room. We said no, because we had said everything was okay, but he was insistent and agressive and forced us to go see the other room, which didn't have a private bathroom, like the one we booked, so we pointed that out. He got more and more agressive. Also, a few days before we arrived he said he could provide us a car and a driver between 5:00 and 21:00 for our first day there.

Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und die Gastgeberin ist super lieb und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Motorräder durften hinter dem Zaun sicher parken. Es gibt eine Küche mit Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle. Draußen gibt es mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten und Hunde und Katzen zum kuscheln. Wir waren traurig als wir abgereist sind.

スーパーもバス停も徒歩1〜2分圏内にあり、とても便利で居心地のいい宿でした。 ホストのご家族はみなさんとても優しく親切で、毎回出来る限りの事をして助けてくださって、本当にありがたかったです。部屋もきれいで、水回りも清潔に管理されていたので、毎日快適に過ごさせてもらいました。素敵な中庭もゆっくりできてよかったです。コンロはないですが、キッチン、食器類、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、ケトルも自由に使えました。 ビシュケクの宿で、手ごろな値段で落ち着いて過ごしたい方には、ぜひお薦めします。

毎日清掃されていてきれいでしたが、バスルームが少し狭かったです。

Понравилась хозяйка, гостеприимная девушка, открытая, приятная

Изначально был предложен номер, где туалет/душ на ремонте, на сайте об этом ничего не сказано, но хозяйка сразу предложила другой. Второй номер был с туалетом, но там не было вентиляции, поэтому запах влаги был ужасный. В соседнем номере у родственников были на кроватях обнаружены волосы, это говорит о том, что постельное белье не менялось. Стало по этому не комфортно вообще. Цена на номер очень адекватная, но это не говорит о том, что нужно не выполнять требования СанПиН!

Příjemná cena a personál. Mají zde i pračku.

Zápach z koupelny, není zde klima, toaletní prkénko v sobě mělo díru, velmi vzdálené od centra. Ve spárech sprchy byly ostré předměty.
