Room has AC, wifi is strong, they let me use the washing machine (200 KGS).

Well, it is wrongy indicated on booking and I thought I will have my private bathroom. Toilet is so so so extremely small, Im tiny but I could almost not fit i. Both toilet and shower room is always dirty, i dont think its well cleaned. All the beds arw so extremely tough, i have never slept so bad in my life and my neck hurt a lot. I think it is way too overpriced for what it is.

Super nice guesthouse, with safe parking for motorcycles inside the property. It was clean and comfortable. The host was very nice. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Thank you 🤗

In order of importance: 1. Bathroom was too small. It was inconvenient to use. It was made genuinely uncomfortable to use by the fact that it looked dirty and unkempt. There was shaving hair in the product holder on the mirror, stains, and the surfaces were not clean. Some of the appearance was simply old age and exposed concrete but it was somewhat dirty as well. There was a bathroom downstairs but it was right next to another guest's room so inconvenient to use. There was only one shower for the whole property so I did not use it. Overall this was the worst part of my stay and I would not return to this place because of the bathroom issues, even if I had to pay more for the alternative. 2. There were no towels provided, which I expect as standard in a guesthouse (maybe not a $5/night hostel) 3. There was a misunderstanding about the number of beds in the room. The owner explained the issue but I feel the booking could still be clearer on the website. For example, show 2 separate options, one with twin beds, one with double beds. The owner claimed that he asked me which kind of bed I want but he did not send this message. He was keen to convince me that it was my fault for not fully reading the description. However, I have never encountered this after using Booking.com for 10 years. If there is both twin room and double room listed, it is almost always because the hotel has some flexibility about what they can give you on arrival (the beds can separate for instance).

Чисто, комфортно. Есть вайфай, кондиционер и горячая вода. Небольшая кухня. Двор и сад.

До центра идти минут 40, хостел тяжело найти - нет указателей и вывески.

Понравилось всё, чисто, уютно, красивый двор, все как на фото
