De'Coco Bungalows

I really liked it! Amazing location, cute rooms.

Excellent hotel, 50 meters from the beach and many delicious cafes nearby. The staff here is very friendly, I would especially like to thank Zihad, he helped us throughout our entire vacation, even at late times he was in touch, a very polite guy. We lived in a bungalow, a clean and pleasant room with air conditioning and modern design, it has everything you need, they also have a villa with a pool, where I plan to return next time. Thank you to the entire De’ Coco staff for the friendly atmosphere!

freindly staff, nice location for sunset. have refrigerator, so you can drink cold water!!! they helped carrying my lugguage to harbor with bike which is really helpful, becuase i can't ride a bike

it's close to beach, so there has more ants and mosquitos, better to have mosquito net around bed. and it's bit noisy during the night, because it's close to the bars which is more extensive than local restaurants. And host tends to not share the information with a guest, that is directly related to customer. such as broken card machine or blackout in whole island which make hard to shower at check out day :(

The workers are really annoying. Even if the door is closed in the morning they come and wanted to know if clean the room today or anything … they also opened the curtains which were closed. After a call from me to the manager it was better. But this is nothing which has to do with a holiday-mood when privacy is not even a word here. We stayed over a week, sometimes towels smells bad, sometimes washed.

We stayed in one of the De’Coco Bungalows at the start of September and loved it. Our flight to Lombok was delayed when we visited so we couldn’t get a public ferry to Gili Air. Eka, the owner, was incredibly helpful and organised a speedboat to get us from Bangsal and when we arrived at Gili Air two of his staff were there to greet us and take our bags. Ahmadi, another of Eka’s staff, was especially helpful and friendly. De’Coco is about a 10-minute walk from the harbour and, in our opinion, in one of the best bits of the island. That’s partly because it faces west, so sunsets from the bars outside the door are incredible, but the area also has a really nice, chilled feel. (Just know that Cheeky Monkey bar nearby has loud music on a Tuesday night!) The bungalow is very private and quite stylish and we found it met our needs very well for the five days we stayed. Showers are hot, bed linen and towels are clean and the bed is really comfortable.

We wouldn’t change a thing.
