L'appartamento è perfetto per una o due persone. È molto centrale, ha tutti i comfort.

Essendo in centro, bisogna considerare che sarà rumoroso di notte.

Excellent location in Pisa. Nearby all important squared, yet quiet at night. Italians love to stay out late and hang out and talk out loudly, so be careful where you'll stay. This spot is perfect. The shower is a bit tight but does work well. Our small recommendation would be to place a small bottle of water in the frigde and some coffee cups for arriving guests. We'd book again!

Although the location was great, the TV didn’t work, the kitchen area felt quite small, and the air conditioning was very loud. The property was more dated than expected, and unfortunately I decided to leave a night early.

Bliski dostęp do historycznych obiektów. Dostęp do środków komunikacji, żeby dostać się do wybranych miejsc położonych w Toskanii. Dobre połączenie z nadmorskimi miejscowościami - Marina - Pisa, Tirrenia.

L'appartement est bien placé. Petit supermarché à proximité. On peut visiter Pise à pieds sans souci. Proche de la gare à une dizaine de minutes.

L'appartement est très mal insonorisé. On entend tous les bruits de la rue et notamment le restaurant chinois juste en dessous et le nettoyage de la rue. La canapé est trop petit pour tenir à deux et les accoudoirs sont sales. La climatisation fait un bruit d'enfer et donc pas possible de dormir avec la nuit. Le filtre est plein de poussières, j'ai du nettoyer le soir même. Il faut l'entretenir sinon les gens vont tomber malade. L'eau de la douche n'a pas beaucoup de débit.

Ottima posizione ai monumenti e alla via centrale dello shopping.

La mia esperienza non è stata del tutto soddisfacente. Ho notato che il pavimento era macchiato e avrebbe avuto bisogno di una pulizia più approfondita. Inoltre, le pentole e gli utensili da cucina erano vecchi e non in buone condizioni, sarebbe stato apprezzabile avere attrezzature nuove o perlomeno ben tenute. La posizione è sicuramente un punto di forza, essendo molto vicino al centro. Tuttavia, nonostante le finestre chiuse, il rumore proveniente dall'esterno era comunque percepibile, probabilmente a causa degli infissi datati e non insonorizzati. Inoltre, sarebbe stato utile avere delle zanzariere alle finestre per migliorare la qualità della vita durante le notti estive. Spero che queste osservazioni possano essere utili per migliorare la struttura e l'esperienza dei futuri ospiti.
