Localisation was good

The shower was totally full with mold. Not a little bit, really disgusting. More like a health danger. I moved out the next day.

Good size and location- halfway between train station and leaning tower of Pisa. Host organized early check in which was great and was very responsive on WhatsApp.

Fridge door was very squeaky. Air conditioning unit was loud. We had a fuse trip on Sunday evening but eventually found the fuse box downstairs inside the apartment entrance.

Great idea with fruit and water on arrival ,easy instructions for entry

Being a former bed and breakfast owner the following points are comments not faults,air conditioner far to noisy, as well as fridge door,very little tea and sugar supplied.

Great location of the property. Pretty close to all atractions, everything was on a walking distance. Lots of great bars, cafes and restaurants nearby.

The AC was a little noisy.

Location is perfect. Lots of restaurants, cafes and sights.

Nothing to dislike.

Good location we could walk to the leaning tower of Pisa and the train station. The owner left recommendations of restaurants and we tried one which was lovely. Clear check in instructions were provided with key in lock box.

We weren’t given any instructions on how to check out and the lock box for key was gone. The lady that cleans the apartment arrived at 11 and screamed at us aggressively when we asked her to let us out of the building with the key as the front door was locked. So cleared check out instructions should be provided.

The apartment is very well located, spacious and with a nice design. The bed is very comfortable.
