Amazing guest house with very lovely and warm people. The breakfast they provided was very tasty and they even changed it up for us, so that we could taste different dishes that are typical for the region. I had a really relaxing stay here :)

Too bad we couldn't say goodbye to their lovely cat Poes. Please give him a big hug for me if you see him❤️

The family who run Mocca are amazing they booked our trip to Mount Ijen, picked us up from the train station and organised our transport to Denpasar airport in Bali. The rooms are very big with a comfy big bed and a really nice modern bathroom. The breakfast is also great and they even made us a packed breakfast to take with us when we had to leave at 4am for the airport. Cannot recommend this place enough!!! 😊

The owner's husband was kind and helpful.

The owner's friend recorded our video on her phone without permission. The owner asked for a very high price for her tour meanwhile giving a 30% lower price to another guest. The shower didn't get warm properly. The towels are actually synthetic blankets that don't dry. In general, the owner didn't feel sincere and welcoming.

They were so kind and let us use their house as our own! The room was nice and in a good location, close to the downtown and not too far from clinics, motorcycle rentals, and the mountain. They also rent masks. Breakfast was delicious!

No hot water in the shower.

This is a great place to stay. Clean rooms, AC, good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. They offer free water and tea throughout the day. You can arrange a trip to Igen at a good price here.

The water pressure. The wifi can be slow at times. The towels we received were not cotton, so very hard to dry yourself after a shower.

Very nice host, clean spacious room, plenty of storage space, AC, big table with a chair, good breakfast at a time you choose. Good value for money. I would definitely come again.

No cleaning service during your stay. But if you need anything you can just ask :)
