In addition to excellent rooms at a good location for a reasonable price, it is also a place where you instantly feel welcome. The staff lives and breathes hospitality! We had a problem with a suitcase (loose wheel), and in 5 minutes, a maintenance man showed up with tools and fixed it. They also arranged transport for us.

I really liked the location, the amenities were clean and the staff was friendly and polite.

I would love more local breakfast options but that's minor. Ii ts not a dislike just a desire.

I requested a quiet room on my reservation and was told it was confirmed however, upon check-in but was given a room facing the street. I explained to the gentleman that it was imperative that I sleep since I was on a group tour (also staying at this hotel ) and paid for a room out of pocket due to sleep issues yet it was the loudest room I’ve ever stayed in. To the point where I called reception at 2 AM and had to move myself the next morning because staff wouldn’t be arriving for a few more hours and our tour was leaving for the day. I needed to use the safe and refrigerator in my room so leaving my luggage in the room wasn’t an option . It’s Very disappointing that I lost a nights sleep as this could easily been avoided by putting me across the room where I was moved the next morning. I had a fantastic nights sleep the second night and the hotel was practically empty, so absolutely no reason why I shouldn’t been given that room the first night.
