Nour Plazza Hotel

Plumbing issue, the bathroom was flooded by water falling from the sink to the ground. No hot water, staff asked to wait 10 minutes with the water running for the water to heat up. There was no manager on site during the weekend to deal with our issues. Staff was friendly but asked to wait until Monday to speak with a manager.

Air conditioning didnt work, asked staff to fix it, or come up with a solution, they didn't do either. Breakfast was terrible, we arrived at 10 (breakfast finished at 10:30) everything was gone and machine's turned off. Staff very unhelpful and rude. Except the staff helping with baggage.

Wonderful hotel—I’d gladly stay here again! Maha at reception was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room and bathroom are spacious, and they provide complimentary toiletries. Highly recommended!

The bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly, as we noticed some hair left in the shower area. My husband was also disappointed with the coffee, and we found the breakfast to be quite standard. Additionally, we observed that while flags from other Arab countries were displayed outside the hotel, the Omani flag was missing. It would mean a lot to us to see the Omani flag next time we visit.

Standard four star hotel (allegedly). Great roof terrace with sweeping views and a small swimming pool. Very efficient lifts - you never wait more than a few seconds even when busy. Good breakfast

I did not feel that this hotel represents good value. I have stayed in five star hotels in Morocco that were much better and yet cost less. Do not pay with Euros at Check-in, they give you a poor rate of exchange. Rooms on the street side can be noisy at night with the traffic below (I had asked for a room at the back away from the street but did not get one - at least the view was good). Do not order a coffee on the roof terrace - it was expensive and poor quality. The light sensors (floor 5) don't pick up movement straight away - this meant I had to use the torch on my mobile when going out of my room.
