Great contact with a landlady. All was prepared perfectly before my check-in. Hospitality at its highset level. If I could have selected an apartment in Bologna once again, I would have choosen Silvano Cozy Loft again. Way to go!

Margherita is one of the best hosts. The apartment is wonderful and every thing that is available to you at home is also available here. Margherita was very helpful regarding parking, bus traffic, the day of check out was not stressful, we could easily leave the apartment. All recommendations from the heart.

"Bright, immaculately clean and the perfect host!"

Exceptionally clean property in a lovely part of the city. Margherita was super helpful and gave us so many recommendations on what to do we wished we had stayed longer. Bright and modern, everything you’d need for a city vacation. Great shower.

Quite a far walking distance from the city centre (30-45 minutes) or train station (1 hour), but there are bus routes very close to the property so isn’t really an issue.
