"Best place to feel comfortable and like home!"

We arrived in the evening and access to appartment was easygoing. At all : explanation, support given by owner was more than good. Chapeau! It was very clean, comfortable and the most important we felt like home ( 8 days long). A big compliment to very warm and kind Margherita! We always appreciated her help and hospitality. Nothing to complain because everything was in order! We highly recommend this appartment!

Just a little point : maybe another coffee machine when it comes to environment-sparing ;)

"Fabulous"

Margherita the host was there when we arrived. She was very friendly. Explanation about the appartment and information about Bologna, where to go and where to eat. A lot of information. We could use everything in the appartment. She was bringing us more coffee. Nothing was to much for her. We have enjoyed Bologna. Thank you Margherita.

"Nice loft in a calm part of Bologna."

The host was lovely, and the communication was fast and easy. The loft is in a very residential part of Bologna, so it is very quiet. To get to the city you can walk for around 30 min or get a bus. The loft was very well equipment, everything you need you can find there.

everything was great bed is comfortable owner was so friendly and welcoming and she helps with suggestions and make u feel home ,bus station is too close to the house and the area is so calm and nice , bathroom is clean and always u can find hot water . highly recommended

"Cute cosy place for a fair price"

The place is good value for money, clean and comfortable. Though we did not meet Margherita in person, she was very friendly and helpful and had good tips for us. All in all, for the price it is really worth it! (Also taking into account the downsides).

The accommodation is outside the centre. It's a good 2km walk to get to the centre, but there are also good but connections. The road outside was a bit noisy with traffic.. (low traffic, bit the drive much faster then they should).
