Mixup with rooms, and the electric system is super outdated (the fuse was down).

Nothing! It is economic, but not value for their money at all. All the good comments before, I doubt many of them maybe fake.

The location is very weird, hard to find. The owner is Indian or …, I don’t want to be racise, He didn’t give information via booking. When asking him, if there is parking nearby, he was trying to sell me another one with higher price, by scaring me there was very crowded, no place, instead giving any support. But there are 3 free public parking in Sintra, which all not that far, just 6 mins walk! He didn’t tell at all. Furthermore the most horrible thing is: he gave me the room -1, with passcode of the digital lock the room. When I opened the door, there was a guy sleeping on the bed, which was scary for both of us! It was 10pm! Can anybody imagine this horrible situation!!!! Poor us! The guy was just another guest, checked it earlier. And I called the owner, just figured out that the owner made a mistake, gave the wrong room information!!!!! A MISTAKE!! It is a biggggg fault! At a raining cold night, two guests were screaming at the same time! Can you imagine you are sleeping at your bed with the door locked, someone opened it?! But from my point of view, after a long drive in the dark night, with rain, finally find the guest house, and open my room, a guy sleeping on my bed!!!! The next day, I was checked out, and met the staff who is changing the bed sheet, and I asked can I leave the luggage for a while and pick them up at the afternoon. He said totally fine. But, later I got WhatsApp message from the owner, said: storing the luggage costs 5 euros! By playing tricks: he said because he made the mistake, it is offering me for free!!! How shame! Even make story and shit! Without sincere apologies!!!! The room itself, is also very dirty, and lowwwwe quality. You can hear every tiny sound, because the doors, the walls are low quality very thin, without any sound isolation. The bed too, very weak, uncomfortable. The room is very cold, the heating doesn’t work at all. The bed sheet is very thin! I was freezing even it’s just autumn.

Calidad-precio perfecto. La habitación es muy bonita. Tener nevera en la habitación nos gustó mucho.

Cuesta bastante en contestar cuando le escribes. Si pone que el check in es a las 15:00, no importa a la hora que vayas a llegar, debería de darte los códigos a esa hora y no estar tú pendiente.

La estructura es en una zona tranquilla. Se puede aparcar el carro en la calle ,que es gratuito. La abatitacion es grande , tiene TV, mesa , toallas, y lo mejor es el Sir. COLCHON !!!.....super comodo !!!. Las sabanas estaban perfumadas de limpias. :) 😀. También hay cocina con microondas. Y un calentador de agua No tiene, heladera , ni fuego para cocinar. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Qualità precio ....super !!. Lo recomiendo 👍. A 15", minutos caminando de la estación. Muy como a todo. Lo staff. Y check-in......es tramite códigos de puertas. . Para mi super comodo. Siempre responden al telefono. Óptima comunicación. Las fotos representan la realidad.
