The Spacious Room and the Well Furnished Area it''s Winter just now so the Heated drying Rack plus Electric Bar Heater were Very welcome ...small fridge in room for Drinks etc Very Secure Apartment with Excellent Security Codes for Building Plenty Of Restaurants around close by Auchan Supermarket 3 minutes away and Laundry Facilities 10 minute walk through Mall ... Upstairs Were having a Birthday Party but that was ok As from Australia I Learned Happy Birthday in Portugeuse 🚴🧜

Even so There was a Shared Kitchen I could not Find a Pot to Boil Eggs on ( essential to my daily Diet ) Small microwave only but as A Cyclist packing Scrambled zEggs is .not an option for the Day ....

Rodrigo is a miserable human being who will let you struggle with his useless Aliexpress locks while partying with his miserable friends. I arrived super tired from a long trip and couldn't check in because the lock was broken. I called him and of course couldn't 100% confirm but it seemed like he was at a party (he was laughing and he and his friends seemed like they were mocking me). When I fought back he called me disrespectful. Wow.. I then contacted Booking.com and proceeded to get a refund but when I booked the next place, it proved to be the same filth of a human being. Not sure what kind of hotel mafia there is in Sintra, but I can't really describe this nightmare, I thought I was dreaming. He ghosted me and never got the instructions, money back, so make sure you stay away from this property, "palazzo sintra gh" or any property that has "gh" at the end. I went to the police the next day and filed a complaint and I will do my best to get my money back x 100 indirectly by convincing people to stay away from this and the psycho running or managing the properties. If you are the owner of the property, fire him. If Rodrigo is the owner, you and your mum should be ashamed Stay safe everybody!

So basically, I had to sleep in other place because they didn't send me the check-in details. I cleared stated what time I would arrive to Sintra, it was confirmed on the website and and they simply did not send me the details

What happened is unsafe, absurd, and I am still traumatized (low battery, in the dark, the weather was super cold)
